Depends really on where do your users that you hire post on, for instance if they post on highly viewed and good topics you can get pretty decent amount. If you opt to do such thing, to advertise via signatures - then you might want to use some URL shorten service (or create unique URL yourself) so you know at least how many clicks are you getting to know if you want to continue with ads in future or not.
