Hey there,

I got 11 btc mined at my 50btc.com account.  I sent those to my wallet and 1-2 days later, it was still "in process".  I emailed 50btc and they told me that they were under a DDoS attack and they couldn't make any payment.

They told me I didn't lose my btc, just the balance was missing but once they solve the attack, all my btc would be transfer to my wallet.

It's been a month since that happened. I emailed 2-3 more times and they stopped replying me.  And now its website says "502 Bad Gateway".....where are my bitcoins? Sad

Does anybody else experience the same?

thanks

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

https://50btc.com/  works for me

now it works for me as well, but my btc are still missing and they don't response my emails Sad

EDIT: https://50btc.com/news/status_28_10_en
After the attacks that we’ve experienced from August 2013 till the October we’ve lost user balances data and huge part of the funds. We still can not figure out the full list of vulnerabilities that have been used to perform the attack.

is there any hope? O_o

I didn't see you guys were talking already about it. Sorry for opening a new topic.

So, big question is, why the hell did you leave 11BTC in your wallet on a pool?  That's like leaving a years salary in notes in your desk drawer at work.

Auto cashout at 0.1-0.5BTC, so this shit doesn't happen.

there's probably a reasonable explanation, like mining at 10thash or so

Automatic withdraw at 1BTC still works if you're mining at 10TH or 333MH...
