How to overcome feeling lazy?
how to overcome it ..
laziness is a very difficult thing to lose, maybe with a little motivation rasmalah be a little lost, but in a moment the sense of lazy will come back again.
so how do you overcome the sense of lazy Huh

how to eliminate laziness is to have a clear purpose in life and every day there should be a list of activities to be done. so, there will be no time for laziness.

sample list:
Today's activities,
Wake up at 4 Morning
run 15-30 minutes
rest + Shower Clock 6
doing the task at 8-11
eating, praying + rest 12-1 noon
etc. until sleep and wake up again ..

this is just an example, you can replace it with your own activities, so there will be no time for laziness. hope it helps you Smiley

I think there are many ways to overcome laziness and you can search it on google but I think you are too lazy to do that, huh?

It's psychological thing really. You have to break yourself mentally, if you are living like that for most of your life.

To get rid of your laziness, first, you need to motivate yourself not to limit yourself to fears and then live a monotonous life. Be discouraged and do not have the courage to embark on a job, instead think about the possible material or mental accomplishment that you will get after completing, automatically you will feel excited. Work out poor health will make you quickly exhausted, but exhausted will lead to lazy. So, take care of sports and rest, you reasonable? Create your own challenges.

Have a routine to set your mind to do something everyday. Also, set your short and long term goals, and hustle to achieve them.

I feel lazy whenever I loose focus from my goals. When I was 19 in 2014, I really faced myself for the first time and asked myself: What do I really want to do with the limited time I'll be on this planet? From then, I've passed some years trying to figure out what are those really important things for me and wrote those down in paper. Now, when I feel lazy, I keep seeing that paper and it motivates me for taking action on what I want
