Actually, Tom Carper seems somewhat supportive by comparing it to the beginning of the internet and how people originally were fearful of criminal activity but now we all use it, mostly legitimately.

they seem mostly interested going after sites like egold and LibertyReserve. they know theyre helpless against bitcoin because its not centralized like those sites were. i'd like to know more how FinCen works and who and what info they collect on.
