In support of very few appeals with such a problem .
 Often the user has a slow Internet or does not wait until the synchronization is completed - sometimes it takes several hours.
There is no technical problem on the part of the wallet.

Downloaded from https://occwallet.com/ a few days ago and left it overnight to sync and in morning still no connection. Tried to VPN to a few countries in case and same thing. I'll contact support then
