SCAM.
https://promax7.com/product/promax7-ethereum-miner-7-2/

1. Hashrate: 3710mhs. On the website, they identify that they are using p102-100. These hash at 47mhs. 3710/47 = 79

2. Form Factor: They are using 4 GPU rigs bolted together. Based on the case size, each of the four units is 31" wide, 17" deep, 7" tall. The most cards that would fit, side by side, is 12. To do this in 7" would require someone to release a system board with 12 integrated full width PCI slots. So, maximum density of 48, if the motherboard exists, maximum hashrate of 2256mhs. Realistically, 9 per layer max, times 4, is 36 cards. 1692mhs.

3. Power: They are running this on 4500w power supply. We know that this cannot represent max, and there are 4 motherboards to deal with. So, 80% of 4500 = 3600w. 200w for each motherboard and 40 fans, so 3600 - 800 = 2800w. Default boot up power for p102-100 is 250w. There is enough power for 11 cards. Undervolting is nice, but you have to boot first. Also, is is a big difference from 78 cards to 11. For the hashrate to be real, 79 cards would have to run at full hashrate, drawing 35w. With 11 cards, hashrate drops to 517mhs.

4. Cost: p102-100 wholesale is around $800. Wholesale price for that hashrate using those cards would be around $63,200. They are selling $40,000 below cost.

5. Delivery: They claim to be shipping in two or three weeks. They claim that 15,000 units have already been ordered. Supposedly $322,347,230 in advance payments. Lots more incentive to fail rather than deliver. This order volume is higher than Bitmain by 10x for their most popular batch.

6. Payment: Crypto only, in advance. Hmmm . . . smells like a scam.

7. URL: The website is a month old. How the hell would they line up $300 million in orders in a month with no marketing?
https://promax7.com.cutestat.com/

8. Delivery: 16,000 miners would have to deliver from the UK. They would have had to order 1,264,000, in advance, to assure an ability to fill those orders. They would have paid $1,011,200,000 at once for all of these, since it is a new miner.

9. Operating system: Claims that the system boots, with minor configuration, then is printing money, means that they would have had to either figure out hardware clustering for mining or manage the display interface for the web UI of a miner, so that four miners can be controlled as one. I contacted 5 major distribution maintainers, and none of them know of this project.

10. Public stock: Nvidia posted a respectable increase in revenue for 2018, year over year. However, no evidence of production increases and sales sufficient to support an unexpected 20% increase in gross revenue from a new source. They showed 36% overall, but from current channels only.

Summary - SCAM.
