Earlier today I sold my LTC on BTC-E

I turned $20 into $120, not bad.

Now I would like to get that money in my pocket but haven't been able to find any methods...

The amount is in USD and I'm in the US,

please help!

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Are you confirmed?  I have a similar issue where my account was never confirmed and now I am locked out of my account.  Buyer beware with BTC-e.  Until they make good on the initial transaction for me I would be a little leary of them...  Good luck!
