I don't know what I should do. I can't post in the official btc-e thread, so I hope I'm getting some attention here.

The money is not being credited to my account. I have written support requests which have been closed without giving me an answer.

Did anyone of you have a similar experience?

My deposit has been credited today, it is on hold now and I opened a ticket submitting ID and utility bill. It took 9 working days so it was not too bad since they say it takes 3-12 days for a SEPA

They must be overloaded. Don't panic. During the quiet time before this latest spike my SEPA transfer only took 3days.
