I have another account under the name of Hubezoo.  After posting a Bounty announcement yesterday, it was blocked.  For every response I try to make, it states that my IP posted and has to wait for 360 seconds.  I actually went offline and came back on today and it is saying the same thing.  I can't contact the Admin or post here from the other account, so am using this instead.

Can someone please help me?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

What are the time limits on posting and the levels??
I know 360 seconds are for new people like me, but was wondering if there was break down somewhere on this.

Code:
waittime = 360;
if(activity >= 15)
        waittime = (int)(90 - activity);
if(activity >= 60)
        waittime=(int)(34.7586 - (0.0793103 * activity));
if(activity >= 100)
        waittime = max((int)(14-(activity/50)), 4);

As your activity level increases the wait time between post will reduce dramatically. It is a restriction to slow down the spambots.

The account isn't 'blocked'. You just need to make sure you wait the full six minutes before you post. Logging in and attempting to post reset the clock so you'll have to wait again. Log in, don't make any posts then after six minutes have elapsed you can make your post. As TheQuin posted above these limits are relaxed the more activity you acquire.
