I have an account at alfa and i'll be using it to buy some coins or btc-e codes and i need them fast .and the bank transfer should be instant so we should have no problems .
so please if you know an exchange with good rates (24exchange aren't) ,or send me your own rates and i'll get back to you .
the transfer will be in RUB of course .
