In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Just a notice,
I attempted to purchase these, and it never went through. If he really wanted to sell them (or had them) why wouldn't he sell them to me when he can easily look-up The things I've run (Craps Game, 1.25X Pyramid, BitcoinBux Xchange, etc.) and the amount of bitcoins I've dealt with? I just want to point out a potential scam.
