Well, I wasn't able to 'fix' the issue with the pool (but will be looking into that longer term as no point having miners with difficulties higher than a coins difficulty), there was basically too much hash power being provided vs the difficulty of the coin. I  increased the rate at which the pool finds blocks dramatically so the difficulty will increases the payouts will become 'Normal'.

My apologies to everyone negatively impacted by this, but the issue is really with the difficulty being so low.

EDIT:

I feel that people should get an explanation as to what 'occured'.

With difficulty being too low the pool was not accepting all the hash power being given to it, a fair % of the hash power was being 'thrown away', not doing so would have overloaded the pool with all the work being submitted miners, the pool and the coin daemon would not have been able to handle the load either without being on a supercomputer or something.
Miners were all being paid for the % of work overall that was not being 'thrown away', so in example above where user got 0.3 coins after finding 20 blocks (which should have been around 1000 coins) that is due to the pool overall was only accepting 0.03% of work. (The TTF of the coin at that point was less than 1 second (pool was showing 0 with rounding), so the pool would have had to have been processing many blocks per second in order to process all the hash rate)

Now that the difficulty is reaching a 'sane' level compared to the hash power being provided to the coin the pool is accepting more valid work and running normally.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Thanks for your update.

I guess people doesn't read... They see new scrypt coin and go mine.

I am solo mining now, maybe will back to your pool later.

Your welcome and you are right, the real winners would have been the people solo-mining and finding their own blocks during that time instead of getting a sub-percentage of the accepted hash power at a pool.

Ljcoin on exchange: http://bitexchange.fr/index.php?c=LJC_BTC&iid=9 (not affiliated with)

bitexchange.fr - A very suspicious exchange, apparently for collecting other people's coins, there are no trades at all, glasses are empty ..
