While I think the idea is great, my wallet (MultiBit) already does it for me, and has many more currencies. What would make this truly awesome if if I could use it to keep track of the values of my other altcoins as well.

I am thinking about adding cryptsy markets to the app.
So there will be a lot of altcoins.

That would be awesome because it is either difficult or tedious to keep track of the value of all my altcoins. An app that can keep track of the value of multiple altcoins at once has great potential for success because not many exist (if any!)

Also, the MultiBit wallet uses OpenExchangeRates to convert the dollar value of bitcoin (from MtGox) to my local currency, so you may want to look at that to make the application even better, but that isn't that important.

I tested it and couldn't figure out how to see anything from cryptsy... Dunno if it's me or the program, but it looks the same as the old version

Everything seems to work perfectly, except when I choose the "add panel" option. It opens a grey space, but there is no black box to choose a currency. Otherwise this is a very useful app.
