Cashing out for Chang Bizi

Is it possible for foreigners(namely EU) to cash out of any Chinese exchange(maybe Hong Kong)?
Be it by int. wire, Tenpay, Alipay or any other possibility.

As long as you open an account in any Chinese bank.

And even if one were to fly over is it possible to open an account as a non-resident?

It's impossible to do that online.

I think you can go to the bank and open an account as a non-resident.
