I am looking for top ICO that will not scam and will be successful. Also something along the line of connecting Crypto and Traditional markets.

There are tons of campaigns coming every month. I choose campaigns based upon team and project. So for May, you can go for DeHedge. A lot of hype with less risk because of excellent team involved. Eligma, XYO network and Sharpay are ongoing and are doing pretty well. I expect good returns from these ICO and are excellent for investment.

Yes! DeHedge really a good company about which many people already know. This is a really good ICE that can make a profit. XYO - it's also a pretty good and popular project. Now there are few projects worthy of attention on the market.

For ICOs my opinion is so skeptical, because most of them are failing with the time. But still, I believe in DGPT product, as my favorite one.
