I dont agree with your statement. I had been holding Stellar for over three months and just sold it during the recent pump and trust me, the price is not "very low". It is still doing fairly well and I made almost 100% profit from it. You should have bought this coin a month ago when price was really at rock bottom.

As of now the only coin I would suggest you to put your money into is IOST.

Stellar is one of my favourite coin in cryptocurrency market, the potential growth of these coin is far longer term. Presently the price of the stellar is decent enough to invest.

In my opinion Stellar is very undervalued project. It's somehow similar to Ripple, but still doesn't have as much attention as it deserves. Once they will announce new partnerships/customers people will start to see, that Stellar has great potential.

Developers of XLM have managed to combine the best in the one crypto currency that is known to the digital market in January 2018. Like Ripple, Stellar offers its investors the fastest transactions: from two to five seconds. But, like Ethereum, XLM decided to provide its platform for ICO developers. But unlike ETH, the emphasis is not on the financial sector, but on transnational companies. In October 2017, IBM announced the collaboration with Stellar.

I think XLM is a worthwhile investment.
Because XLM is very low at present, it is a very good token, and there is still a lot of room for improvement.
