We present to the forum members the project QUETH. This is a decentralized analog of projects such as questions and answers. How it works:
The user places a question, pays a certain amount of ETH. His question is kept in the blockchain, and not in the database of the site.
Part of the amount is a service commission (it is equal to the cost of one answer), the rest is distributed between the respondents and the voters.

Consider the example:

1. A asks the question and is ready to pay for the answer to 0.001 ETH. He needs no more than 4 answers. He pays 0.005 ETH.
2. B answers the question. His answer is put to the vote. It is needed 5 votes to determine the answer rating.
3. 5 users voted for the answer. If the response rating is positive, B gets 0.0005 ETH, otherwise 0.0005 ETH returns to A.

To exclude spam, there is Vote Weight - the weight of the vote. This is the user's rating on the site. The questioner can specify a minimum rating of answer and vote, but this will increase the cost of the question. If the voter has, for example, VoteWeight = 100, then his positive score adds 100 to the rating of the answer, and the negative - reduces by 100.

To advertise in the project etc. the MINTY token will be used.
