For me the best way to earn here is to participate in Bounties and before you can do that, you need to get yourself up to a decent rank, you can search here how to rank up and the tips and tricks. Now before you can rank up you need merits by making good posts but you can't do that without knowing anything here. So the first thing you should do is read the newbie section, the pinned posts and learn as you rank up you will gain experience. No one gets rich just by making an account you need to invest time here. Try not to focus so much on earning. Gather information first. Good Luck brother!

Exactly the point but where does he start? I mean in what discussion or section in this forum. Reading is the key for most of the people to learn new things as per for bitcoin it was kinda difficult to understand how the things work, so dedication and time must be made.

What I mean is that at least 95% of what you want to find out is already written here somewhere, so there is no need to create a new thread every time we have a question. Using the search capabilities will probably get our answer without having to spam the forum with repeated question.

You need to read a lot and gain knowledge cause only after that you will be able to just join any campaign and help others, for me the best thing you can do now is to find some interesting threads here on forum and follow them.

You should first learn about cryptocurrency and its basics. You should never post spam or any phising sites. You should post about relevent topics. Slowly and gradually, you will become an active member of this forum.
