Can someone help me over this one? Since when I checked my MEW, I see a SPAM token in my wallet.

You can see it in this link.

The 1 token ERC-20 ETH Anonymizer. What should I do with it?

Do nothing. It's only a token and it's not worth wasting your time over trying to get it out or whatever, let alone spend the gas to do so would be stupid.

I'd wager on just ignoring it. My eth address is littered with "spam" tokens or forgotten about tokens. I don't really care enough about them to get them out of my wallet.

So, it don't have any effect in my wallet? I am worried since, maybe it can maliciously access my wallet without my knowing. Seems like I am worried over nothing! Thank you for this.

Either it is a spam token or an airdrop. Etherscan will mark known spam tokens if they are widely distributed. It is probably worth nothing, but take a look in coinmarketcap just in case.

In any case, you can leave it in there, it won't harm. If you get tired of it, send it to a non existing eth address with gas=1wei
