It seems that payment for more than 100 units are missing. This includes also 74 orders via PayPal and afaik time is almost over. Do you think this will come to a good end? If not, and we have to cancel this I would appreciate if you could do the refund soon (although I still hope this thing will work).

I'd like to propose the following action:
Currently (according to the spreadsheet) there are 18.534BTC paid - 294units.
That leaves 14.466BTC - 206 units remaining unpaid.
That means 0.0703 per unit @ 206
Open up orders of USB miners for 0.0703 each, and require payment immediately for order to be valid.
Adjust the first post to something like:
206 USBs available, cost: 0.0703 each
Make payment immediately to 1C7u2bNa3NhL8D3f5YYYctGr1S4UDqCXPF
Post your qty and transaction ID on here for your order to be completed.
If we are not able to reach 33BTC by midnight on December 29th you should cancel the GB and refund all orders. cxboyminer please confirm these numbers and implement this plan. Otherwise this GB could drag on indefinitely.
If people pay too late after the group buy is full funded, then refund them; forget the existing order list; everyone unpaid on there has already missed the deadline and spot is no longer valid.

Hey;
I paid via paypal before the freeze and at the previous price before the increase. Why am I being shown unpaid and at the higher price?
Dunrick
Update: I see the money reversed but it is in hold so now the cash I would have used to buy these are held up so unless they get me my cash back I am out... which really sucks.
Dunrick
Update again:
I just spoke to paypal. It will take a few days for the funds to clear my account. I wont be able to get the btc to you until this clears but I want to get the miners so what can we do?

Well I am clearly out, because, well, I don't know why.
Could it be the extraordinary greed shown by some in this thread? I'm sure that dave111223 will be first in the queue for the redistribution for "unavailable on christmas/boxing day" people who didn't respond. I guess people should be hanging on every beep and ding and "you have mail" during this time. Forget about, you know, family and friends.
Could it be the refunded paypal with no indication of why it was refunded? or even notification that it was refunded? or even that I was still on the list? and do you REALLY think that I am going to pay 0.1+shipping+fees for 2 sticks 8% higher than I had ALREADY paid? Not barring the fact that I covered the amount using a card which locked the refund's availability until this morning, so that I couldn't put it through an exchange.
Do you really think that I am going to pay DOUBLE what the 51+ buyers are? a 33% premium above 0.7. was pushing it, but 100% (the effective valuation of 45/500*3+ 1 free.
In the unlikely event that someone would be willing, I would pay 120GBP +p&P <10GBP for 4 USB sticks, period. Even if that means I have to wait for UK delivery. That is 0.3BTC that I could have purchased at 400GBP which was above the 360GBP that I could have paid for prior to Christmas, but instead chose paypal as a convenience for escrow/chargebacks for both parties. But I am sure that greed will out, and the sticks will end up on ebay (oh wait they already are at 65GBP for tuesday 31st delivery)
So in all, I am out.
EDIT: even before I posted this, dave111223 has just posted a 0.0703per stick. Congratulations. You've just pushed well into farce...
2 x.0.1 = 0.2 = 0.1 per stick 33% premium above 3 x 0.1 = 0.3 + 1 free = 0.075 per stick 4 x 0.0703 = 0.2812 = 0.0703 per stick.
and, oh, look that works out at 35GBPa stick at 480GBP , whereas I had paid 91.30/2= 45.85 a stick.
Even more now, I am convinced none of you have a clue what you are doing.

I do not agree with dave111223, The rules were changed too many times, we should remain with the latest prices set by cxboyminer. if the prices change again I kindly request a refund, & will join the next GB that opens.

This whole GB is a mess. Since I paid with PP I'm out, and I will NEVER, EVER, deal with you guys again.
This was completely mishandled. I have two, TWO AntMiners on order from somewhere else with no issues whatsoever, about 36 hour turn around.
You guys need to have the units in hand or enroute BEFORE you ask people to commit funds. If you don't have funds to pre-purchase, like in the GB, then you need to make sure that you anticipate issues when dealing with companies that handle FIAT currencies, or work with Bitcoin only, as you found out.
I, and several folks here are appalled at what happened.
You need to make sure that everyone that opted for PP get their refunds and follow up with them to ensure their fund are back in their PP accounts before you can consider this complete.
Best of luck to you in the future.
Richard

Hi, I dont think this group buy is going to work since we havent funded 33 btc for the box. For people who sent me the payments, please pm me with the tx number + the bitcoin address that you want me to send the refund back to you. This will start when I wake up (hk time). Thanks for all the support and patience you guys committed to this griup buy. I know I have delayed this group buy for quite a long time but you guys stick with me and try to help me to make my first ever group buy a success. I have learnt a lot of things, and I'm sure this will not be the last group buy I'll organise. when I go back to the Uk, I will plan for another group buy (may not br U1)... since I will have more time. Thanks for all the support and hope to chat with you guys in the future There are a lot of group buys out there with different resellers of different regions, maybe they are a better option than this for quicker delivery and price... Again, PP refunds may be hold by PP for the time being, if you have any question feel free to contact me, or PP(preferably on why they hold the refund). Bitcoin refunds will start within 10hrs after I get some sleep. Feel free to tip me (address in the signature below) and give me a trust rating if you've risked btc with me in this gb. Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a joyful new year!

My PP refund was issued at 05:08am Dec 26th (time as stated in my gmail account), was noted in my account when I checked around 9am that day. It had cleared by 8:30am this morning. I used a UK mastercard if that makes any difference.

That is a real shame, you tried cxboyminer, learn from it and move on. Ignore the shits that are slating you as they were not brave enough to do it themselves. Have a BTC tip from me (tx ...f76a) and have a good New Year.

If I were you I would not give up at this moment.
I would talk to Bitmain and Sushi and ask them for help. As far as I noticed you helped them selling S1. Now it is time to help back.
Let us look on the table: 22 BTCs are gathered and paid. 4 BTCs are missing (kfactor, just187, ineedit) , but are available (aren't you? please confirm)
Sums up to 26 of 33.
There are just a few bigger paypal orders of Owendong, adnanabbas, MisterLG summing up to 5 BTC. If someone (Bitmain? Sushi? Any other bigger player?) would just do this three orders, then there are no problems with PP.
This would sum up to 31 of 33.
I am sure Bitmain could help if he wanted. I see two simple possibilities:
a) he smalls the lot, fe. down to 31/0,066 = 470 pieces b) he gives you the lot to ship now and credits you the remaining 30 pieces to sell later if your PP account is fixed.
I don't know the business in China/GB. But an authorized reseller gets support by the manufacturer here. It is not unusual that the reseller just pays a part of a lot.
It would really be a shame if this GB fails. Bitmain - if you want to earn respect and honor - this is a chance.
To all of the others of us: Please consider if you could stock up your order. We just need a few pieces to fulfill. I take the first step: I raise my offer from 3 to 12. Please follow.
Notice the following: cxboyminer did not try to get money out of this GB. We all should work together to make him succeed. There is enough greed in the field of Bitcoin. Let us honor if someone tries to help us all together.

I totally agree. Unfortunately I can't stock up my order currently (unless with Paypal), but cxboy can keep my BTC for 48H more.

I would take 1/4 (125) of the 500 units and would be willing to pay 8.25 (1/4 of 33) BTC if it helps. But I would need an answer within 24h otherwise I will invest my btc elsewhere.

FlensGold: Thanks a lot. This would boost us by 4.15 BTC. Would you please consider to pay 9 BTC? This would be 0.072 pp. This would follow the suggestion of dave111223. I think it is fair to carry the costs of the GB together. And it is still cheap enough to make money selling it.
Anyway, this would take us to 28,1116 BTC available and 6.522 BTC stuck in Paypal.
Anyone else want to help?
