For you to handle your emotions, first make sure that waht you invest, is the extra money that you have, make sure that it is something that you could afford to loose, a lot of beginners makes this mistake, they invest money that they can't afford to loose, thus when the market goes down, they also go down or sometimes commit suicide, the reason is that they forget to make a plan that will save them once the market goes down, and all their life ssvings are placed in the market, this mistake will make you very emotional, since you will have regrets, if the market falls and forget the exit plan that you created, if you are not that disciplined, you will end up relying more in the market, rather than judt making the market an extra income for you, those who solely rely now in the market for compensation, are those who had invested earlier, thus they haveenough gains, eeven if the market goes down, they are secured. Avoid this mistake and for sure, you will see the market in a different way and will be more objective rsther being subjective, in which your emotions will always take over.

You can handle it by having a trading plan always. Although you can just choose to hold your coin just like the majority when the coin is going down, you can have the opportunity to sell it higher in price so that you can buy lower. If you choose the high volume coins then there is not that much volatility compared to low volume that are prone to pump and dump. If you set your stop loss around 10% or 15% and the coin continue to go lower and if you didn't sold it earlier then you would have lose 50%. You can now buy more of the coin because you have a trading plan.

You cannot avoid to be emotional when trading especially if you are a newbie but through experience you will get through it. Do not be afraid to lose because you will learn more from it.

Emotions will be your enemy in dealing crypto currency investments. If you trust your investments that it will be profitable then no need to worry if the price drops as that is normal. So you need to prefer yourself on this situation and divert your time to go out with friends and temporarily forget your investments.

What I do is I set my coins a sell order and won’t change it. Oh and I make sure the coins I sell which are still cheap have the possibility of growing its demand and supply amy e a couple percentage on that span of time I set them in sell order. And most of the time, I just wont check my portfolio and hodl until it turns green back again.

This is the hardest thing in this market. Psychology decides it all. If you are calm and do not panic you will be rich in this market but it is hard to do that, I am a holder and I do not often see the price of the market. So when prices go up or down I do not care. I only sell when I reach the goal

One thing is missing out in your argument above and is that without a good entry point, you might having to wait for a long while before the open order turns green, if it ever does and that would also imply a huge exposure to the market, which is a terror and a reason some traders ends up buying high and selling low.

You have to believe in what you hold that will give you an advantage. The rise and fall of the price of crypto is a normal thing so you do not quickly become panic sellers, be patient the market will gradually stabilize.

Well , the most easiest way will be not checking the wallet and coinmarket  .
What else can be a better way to stop that adrenaline rushing inside you .  You really need patience to stay in this business because trust me any sort of panic has never given any profit . Regrets are meant to be felt after such panics . If whole market is going down , than there must be no fear because it will recover again . But if only a particular coin is going down than you better stress about it.

But I am amateurs have already sold both cars and a house, only in order to buy a crypto currency. I consider this to be utter recklessness. But basically, you need to restrain your emotions and Do not do stupid things.
