Hello guys please can we share our views on how to handle one emotions better especially when crypto market goes up and down to avoid selling token cheaply.  Honestly, it is difficult to handle your emotions when it comes to your money. I also feel bad and frustrated when I was too late to sell when the bear market started this year. I kept holding and waited for the market to recover just to cover some of my losses, however, it kept on dipping. I just hold my crypto and patiently wait for the next bull run. I think it will be worth it. Being to emotional in crypto will just lead you to bad decisions. |

only one way to deal with your emotions when you experience a price rise and fall, that is patiently, and don't panic, believe that prices will not always fall, and don't be greedy when prices are rising. because it won't forever be pumped.
Bruh there is no strong and powerful thing that intention and if you intend to do something, you will succeed at it. Knowledge it very important in every walk of life and if you understand about the crypto market, a fall and a rise and the reason behind the fall and the rise and about the market recover, you would never be a victim of emotions that is no doubt a harmful this that keeps you ill at ease both in business and in practical life that is the thing that harms. |

of course, first i make investment i buy coin, and the value already decrease 90%, but i still hold it.
i buy it from 450$ now just 47$, i think because situation of bear market.
even bitcoin has decrease 66%, so no reason for altcoin not down too.

Control your emotion and accept its character of having a swinging attitude all of the sudden. When you are prepared and you know that this happens all the time, you don't have to be emotional with it.
When the market goes down, you'll just say "it's normal".
When the market's up, you'll just say "great!".

I do not forget that I am in the cryptocurrency space for a long time. When it go up it make me happy, but when it go down then I believe that it is a chance to buy some good coins for cheap.

In my opinion, everything depends on investment, what we hold, if long-term investment, I don't think there is a problem with the long trendown at the moment because I am optimistic that the market will improve again. but if we are short-term investments in the past few months we are required to hold our emotions.

The most important thing to keep calm when the market goes down is that you should put absolute trust in the altcoin you invested. That is the only thing that will make you not worry when the market goes down. I have tried that way and they are very effective. |

It's true , do not focus at one thing especially on crypto trading where any loss can happen in a second. That's why crypto trading consider as risky activity ! About me, since I'm as investor, I'm looking profit in long term so I'm seldom watching the graph in every second ! ( Worry less ! ) |

Gonna be safe for participating bounty programs and it's gonna be our choice also to be on trading fields. Our emotions really affecting our decision making, it sometimes we fall into wrong decisions and resulting into losses. |

Seems really effective if you are dragging your attention to some other things instead of visiting price trackers from time to time. This also works for me. |

It is best not to have too much emotions about the situation of the market right now. Control your feelings or else you’ll just feel frustrated. On these times, it’s better to stay cool and calm. Extreme emotions can cause sudden decisions that can sometimes result to regret. Just trust your coins and everything will be alright.

Well, OP knows that he needs to control his emotion and he asks how to control it and it would be to have a trading plan always. Although it can't really be avoided when you are just new to trading to be emotional when trading, you can eventually be able to control it as time goes by and the key to it is having a trading plan so that whatever happens to the price, you already know when to buy and to sell so that you will not panic buy or sell if ever which is what happens when you are very emotional. |

Patiently waiting for the right timing,thats how i handle my emotion because ever since i learn crypto and enters trading my weapon is this attitude to prevent from selling at lower prices,and luckily I mostly profit from my investments because of willingness to wait for the small growth |
