How do you handle your emotion when crypto markets go up and down??

So far, I try not to watch the market in every hour, and I only watch it every morning, noon, and night and it's enough for me because I think the market will stay like this in this month. But if somehow, I can see that the market will start to move, I will take closer in the market, and I will be analyzing to know what is going on with the market. But if necessary, I think I can watch the market every two hours so I can understand how is the movement of every coin so I can make a decision.

Patiently waiting for the right timing,thats how i handle my emotion because ever since i learn crypto and enters trading my weapon is this attitude to prevent from selling at lower prices,and luckily I mostly profit from my investments because of willingness to wait for the small growth

with patience you can benefit, but what makes you patient? when I see the market going down and going up, maybe you can do it, because I often feel panic when I see the fast movements in the market.
patience is the nature of someone, not everyone has it. because I usually overcome panic by making the highest and lowest targets for the assets that I have. so I have to believe and commit not to sell before it matches the target that I made myself.

Emotions are the thing you should get a best of when doing trading or even hodling. You basically cannot win if you start getting emotionally attached to your money you are watching growing/decreasing in value.

I think the best solution is not to keep an eye on the price all the time and sell coins or tokens in parts to be able to sell at different prices.

Just do not sell, but be patient. How can you cope when everyone is waiting for a miracle since summer. Many simply leave and do not go, because even checking wallets can cause further frustration. So we are waiting.
