I can't login to my account and authy support doesn't want to help. I've tried several times to login and there was no sms coming and when it came finally, your system told me that I've reached a limit "You've exceeded the maximum number of attempts for today.  Please wait 24 hours and try again.".
So please disable two-factor auth for my account or just reset the limit. Please reply when it will be done if you can. Also created a support ticket #50528. Thank you!

Try joining #coinbase on freenode IRC if you don't want to wait for the ticket.  I don't know if they monitor the forums.

This is now fixed - sorry for the trouble it caused. Our SMS provider Authy was being marked as spam with Verizon. Thanks for your patience while we worked on this!

You and I both know this is false. I clicked the CALL me button, and I got a message saying "Sorry, an error has occurred, good bye." No spam filtering, no spam filtering at all. No replies from your support after 'this error will be fixed in a couple hours' either. It took over 48 hours for me to finally re-gain access to my account. This is after canceling 2 very profitable Bitcoin buys for no reason whatsoever. Biggest crap service ever. From now on its CampBX all the way, for me.
