Is it normal to wait for 6 months for a bounty reward?

My experience in participating in some previous bonus campaigns. Campaign lasts 1-2 months. and after the end of the campaign is about 2 weeks to 1 month. I received the token I got last time. If you do not receive a token for too long, it means the project you are working on is a scam project.

It's not normal to wait that long for a bounty reward as it only need a few weeks to calculate the stake and distribute the reward afterwards. Maybe there's a problem with the calculation so it took a lot of time? You have to follow the news regarding the project so you don't miss anything if there's a procedure that you have to do. Usually a bounty only takes one month max to distribute the reward.

Most of the bounty participants has disappointing feeling on long waits for the bounty rewards, and six months was worst one. If we see the good project has a good progress then why is it delayed for several months? This common problems got so rampant nowadays with some projects so it needs to be stopped. I think it's too long, even too risky because after 6 months that bounty came in the list of scam then after it's totally waste of time and negative thinking in mind. So i think, bounty with max 2-3 months is perfect. Even i participate in 7 month bounty and still waiting for my rewards!
