Two jalapenos, but only one is mining? How to fix it?

Tested both separately, they work fine 7 GH/s each.
But cannot make them work together at 14 GH/s.
Only one is mining

What to do?

What OS, if you are on raspberry pi,  plug both into a Powered HUB, then plug hub into Raspberry Pi.

You could also try upgrading to a semi-recent version of BFGMiner.  3.6.0 is the current version.  3.3.0 is OLD.

At $600 for a BTC, it's likely low-speed miners like the Jally are paying for themselves again.

Find Zadig in the cgminer repository. Download it and run to overwrite driver. Both Jalas need to be plugged in.

it sounds like only 1 driver is installed correctly. try changing 1 of the miners to a different usb port
