8 gpu mining rig case

As summer is approaching I was thinking of moving the gpu farther from each other and run 6GPUs in a 8GPU case. Any suggestions on longer mining open case. Thanks

I use a shoe rack I bought at TJ Max for $10. I have ten cards, 2 power supplies, motherboard, etc. all contained on it. As it gets warmer I will probably stick a box fan by it.

But if you want to spend real money on a case there are lots out there with reviews on google.

In summers, the farther the better. You're putting up 6 GPU's in 8 GPU's mining-rig casing and that's just fine. It'll help in circulating the air around them and can have a very positive impact on temperature of those GPU's (it'll help in keeping them cool). I usually keep my 4 GPU's rigs in 6 GPU's open cases and that helps greatly, so it should help you as well in your case.

DIY is the way to go so you can customize everything to your exact liking. There are lots of guides and videos out there on how to DIY your own mining rig rack.

However, if you simply want to buy one, i would recommend Spotswood. Google their website. They sell quality racks that look good.
