-It's for mobile exchange development testing reasons in Asia (i live in Canada)
-I pay back by online bill pay to cavirtex then wait 1-3days which is why I sometimes borrow here so I don't have to wait 1-3 days
-collateral? I'm typing this on a Nexus 4, it's worth $150, I also have a Jiayu G3T, THL W100, and Nexus 5 on the way.

I'm just looking for $100 worth of coins at present rates, which seems to have already gone back up to $600 so 0.2 BTC would also be fine
