Make me think about a nice project and we all know germans / dutchs / swedish people are far advanced in this matter. I think the project is interesting, not a revolution thought, and fell like it's an important thing for people around this project. I would have liked it better if the team itself was more "young & dynamic" since i have the feeling this comes from the heart. Also there is no linked profile on linkedin...

We are absolutely nothing like Bitconnect. Fundamentally our aim is to generate capital to fund our bicycle sharing scheme to start in Leipzig. We have developed our own bicycle lock which will allow people either to apply the lock to their own bicycle and have it available for rent when they are not using it or if they wish to apply the lock to bicycles exclusively available to rent.

You're right, some of our employees are more "experienced" but we don't see that as a negative. We have a nice balance between youth and experience and the project is very much being headed up by the young and the dynamic. Our target demographic is quite wide and we see no reason to not have experienced business minds offering their support.

Fast Update:
Santo, the CEO of ShareLock will today be meeting with nextbike GmbH, the german’s most extensive bike share provider with more than 150 schemes in 25 Countries. The aim of the meeting will be to discuss a possible collaboration and to explore potential uses of ShareLock’s technology.  We will be holding more meetings with potential providers in the coming months and will continue to search for partners to ensure the success of both ShareLock and SHX.

Meeting with nextbike - Update:

Today I had the first formal meeting with Nextbike, Germany's bike sharing organisation. I took a tour around their excellent
facilities including their offices and their production hall which was fascinating and a very useful experience.

We discussed potential collaborations between Nextbike and ShareLock and agreed that there is no direct competition between the
two companies and so there is a possibility for a fruitful partnership between the two companies. We talked specifically about Nextbike
having additional production capability and how they may be able to assist us with production of the ShareLock and the to discuss
solutions for more efficient lock placement within the wheels and not relying on the intelligent wheels.

It was a very successful meeting and we are very excited to have further talks with Nextbike to work out how we can work together.
