Error when posting (Even though nothing was posted 360 seconds ago..)

Why do I keep getting the following? :

You have to wait between posts.

I think it's not only time between posts, but attempts between post. My last post was at :45 but I still couldn't post at :53.

EDIT - never mind. I could. Just need 6 min between posts. :-)

Are you using a public computer or wifi signal I think that may be the problem

Heh i had the same issue and i had never even made a post on this forum it said that on my first post and i had to redo it.

I got this error on trying to make my first post. I wasn't using tor and was on my own connection.
