I've gotten one of these hand-cranked USB dynamos to power a USB block erupter.  The problem is, it takes two hands two run, and while I'm doing it I can't get a hand free to start bfgminer.  And if I start bfgminer before I start cranking, then it doesn't detect the block erupter.  Help!!!

go out to the hardware store and buy a G clamp, clamp it to the desk and crank away (buy 2 to make it extra steady)

I went to the pet store and asked for the hamster with the highest hash rate.  They politely escorted me out.
