Made a few changes.

The pool has a 1% fee now, which 50% of that will be donated to the btcz community. And the other 50% to the pool. While the amount I donate to the btcz community will change from time to time, the 1% miner fee will never increase.

Had a couple people come and go. A couple stay. But hash is rising and we should have our 1st block since launching publicly in the next few hours!!

Also, we want to hear from you on what features you want in the pool. In the works right now are -

- Custom front end
- Once we are hitting a decent amount of blocks, we will move to a fully scalable load balanced set up. It is already set up and being tested for the most part, but won't be needed for a while. Pool is currently on a single powerful server which will be fine until we have enough miners
- Block notification via telegram
- Custom payout mechanisms based on miners input. Such as extra reward for the block finder, suicide mode where shares drop 100% randomly based on various factors, 1/1000 chance for block finder to get full reward, etc.
- Chat support is already running, and we will vote on any changes. It will be standard PPLNT for the time being which stops big hash from pushing out your shares while you have been mining since the start of the round. That won't happen here.
- More coins to mine (though BTCZ will be our primary concentration for the next few months)

Lastly, looking for a UX/UI developer. All volunteer for now, but you would also get % of the pool fee. Keep in mind this is all for fun. We are going to add more coins. You do not have to develop in a live environment, or worry about deploying your code. We will take care of that. You will have your own dev environment to your hearts content.

We have 2 options -

1) Complete custom front end
2) Continue to modify the default front end

In any case there is a full api and would like to go with a custom front end. Just need to find the right person that has made many dope designs before in web web design from scratch. This is going to be more or less pulling data from json and displaying it. If interested, send me your linkedin, and github.

I guess that is the end of our new pool announcement. I have only advertised here, so thank you for the people that joined. Everything is working great, and hopefully the blocks keep coming. I will update in a couple of weeks, or any big changes happen.

Pool fee is now .5% which is donated to the btcz project.
Minimum payout is now 0.1 btcz.
We have moved from slack to discord for chat.
Payout is now proportional where you will get paid for every share.

We also have a promotion for the rest of may where you earn free btcz.
