Good luck, if you use the search function you can see there are some other pretty high players that tried to buy this unsuccessfully, if memory serves me correctly GP was one of them. I think anyone that has this issue just doesn't want to sell

Ive scoured every old newspaper company and its the one issue no one has.  It is actually one piece that i really wish i had although i cant justify crazy prices for this.  Good luck krog and if i ever stumble over 1 or 2 i will let you know

Would love to have one of these, too.  I imagine they're going for a very hefty price.

You know what I've been searching for that I can't find?  The "Get ready for a one world currency", economist magazine, January 1988.

So I randomly decided to search on Ebay last week and found a bundle that it sold in, for just $25 (there were 20+ issues that sold in the bundle, and that one was included in it).  I contacted the person, they verified yes, they had it, and it sold, in that bundle.  Someone got an incredible deal.
