[HELP] Unban Account Request

Hi moderators, Good day!

Can you please unban my account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1841711;sa=summary . I will go on rules forum and read all of the content and follow the rules now on , to verify my wrong action.

This is only my first offense. Is there a chance to unban my account. I have a lot of activities there. I hope someone would help.

Just taking a cursory glance at your banned accounts posts I'm going to guess it was copy/pasting that got you the ban...

Odds are you will need to take this as a learning experience and go elsewhere. If not a permaban: To be honest you aren't that far in; so is this your second/third or maybe an alt account?

Not sure if you were hit with a permaban or a temporary one, but whatever it was I'm sure it came with good reason. So

If it's copy/pasting that got him in trouble here--and I would bet money that it is--it's a permaban and there's no starting over with another account.  It's a ban of the person and of however many alt accounts that person controls.

Why do people immediately come to Meta pleading for mercy and saying they made a mistake?  It's not a mistake.  Any human being over the age of about 13 should know that it's wrong to copy material from the internet and paste it into a post without citing the source.  That isn't done unintentionally.  It's not a mistake.  There's no forgiveness, just the forum consequences for being a content thief. 

People should read bitcointalk's rules before anything else.  And this happens often enough that anyone who's ever read anything in Meta should know that plagiarizing gets you a permaban.  End of story.

People keep coming here pleading because they think of this Forum as a business where; "Cheryll" can call the manager and cry and scream about how they were mistreated or it was a mistake and this needs to be rectified.

Problem is this is not a business or a school where someone is there to hold your hand and make sure you will be okay or taken care of. This isn't even a democracy. There are rules  in place to mold this forum into what Theymos wants it to be. There are people appointed to enforce those rules to the best of their abilities. Is it perfect no, but it works and is an example of my way or the highway. Anyone who has a problem can just go away.

I don't understand why this nobody accounts get banned and come back pleading to become unbanned, why not just start over with a new account the only person that links your alts together. Why are you even requesting to remove the ban in your account in the first place if you are breaking another forum rule right now? You can't create or use another account while your other account is banned, what you are doing is ban evasion as stated here in the Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ :

Yes there is an exception:

25. If you get banned (temporary or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.

But even this one you still didn't follow as you have posted several other posts outside of the Meta section. So why will we believe that you will read and follow the rules if you have broken your promise as of right now? No sir. Let me explain to you. The thread starter of this is from my brother's account (jocs1024) that was also ban i've only borrow it.

And now that i've using is newly created account just for asking to the updates . You can view my post of this account. only meta post. My intention is to unbanned only my account and have second chance but others make my image bad to the moderator even they don't know the situation and just criticize me.
