Anyway, here's the answer: I don't think so. There's so much news about banks not allowing crypto purchases that it's very unlikely that you could achieve what you're trying to do. Especially through tor and without an ID.

Localbitcoins.com is a good starting point, but they're starting to verify the identity of users with large trading volumes or so I hear. You can try their competitors if that's a concern. You can't buy with a credit card on those platforms though. Still, peer-to-peer is your best bet.

Why would you want to use a credit card if you want to be completely anonymous anyway? You know your identity is right on the card right? Lol.

'Credit card and completely anonymous' is contradictory. You can try cryptopay's unverified prepaid debit card option. You would not need to provide financial information/idntification as long as you stay under a LIFETIME limit of 1000 euros or so. There are other prepaid btc debit card providers with their own privacy options, do some research.

You can buy Bitcoin through Changelly website, but you can't remain anonymous because your identity is linked to your credit card. To process your transaction successfully you have to give your mobile no. that is linked to your credit card bank & you will get a call from them for the code to verify it. Sometimes they might also ask you for your selfie holding your passport & credit card. So you can't remain anonymous but it's easy to buy from Changelly without any sort of submitting your ID first.
