Why are innocent people getting blocked and scammers tolerated?

There are so many reports of people who get blocked by mods who have seemingly nothing done or harm anyone, on the other side there are so many who already scammed and betrayed dozens of members and received negative trust feedback reflecting that. Yet it seems very few of the later ever get removed from this forum!

Why is that?

Can you get a list of all these accounts (especially the one blocked doing nothing)? It's gonna obviously help the mods to identify their mistakes.

Nonsense. Moderators can make mistakes but what you call: “people who get blocked by mods who have seemingly nothing done or harm anyone,” are actually shitposters, copy-pasters, etc. On the other hand, trust is not moderated. That's why people with negative trust are not banned. You have to use your brain when dealing with people, like using a trusted escrow.

Why is that?

Because it's forum policy not to get involved with scams and that's up to the community to police. You would complain if staff made a mistake and banned an innocent account for scamming, right? So that's why the community policies itself on these matters. If someone has negative feedback then you can make a decision not to trade with them (or you can trade with them if you think their feedback is unjust).

Before raising the figure on the moderator or anyone else, you should come with some example.
If you know the account of the member, who is the scammer, then you have the option "report to the moderator".It is our forum, we should help the moderator to clean the forum.

How possible that OP knows who is in the innocent side and scamming side? Another Jr.member who accused superiors for what? Maybe Op should be included to those people that are banned. (Just thinking about it). People these days want to promote idiotcracy, instead of helping the moderators to clean the forum, they're contradicting it like OP. Whoever gets banned should have known by themselves that they had done an unnecessary things which disobeyed the law and moderators are not kids just to ban an ban without evidence and proof of illegal doings. 😤

I hope this not only a one side thought. If is not, then give strong evidence for your words. I think moderator has doing his best for his job.
