You should have divided live-works into different categories so it would fit different companies. Just like Different size offices are built in the business centers.

You mean different kinds of live-works, right? That’s what they are actually doing: Small, Medium, Large and Global. The main different is the size of them. Small companies can rent Small kind of live-works and so on
Does it mean that they  all are gonna be the same kind that has different sizes?

The design is going to be different it depends on clients needs and wants. And of course, the bigger it is the more additional options.
Looks like the companies can rent the whole live-works only, correct?

No, it’s just an example. Several clients can rent several work places even a freelancer can rent a workplace for a couple of hours
What addtional room can be in the live-work?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I’ve searched the website and tech docs but I still couldnt find what currency do u guys accept as a payment for «OOO» tokens?…
It was only published yesterday, they will accept the most popular cryptocurrencies - Bitcoin and Ethereum during GOODWORK ICO.
By the way, If you are buying «OOO» tokens for BTC and ETH you are investing into crypto market so if you havent decided what assets to use yet then it could be a good idea
What difference does it mean where to invest? You can just keep Bitcoin or Ethereum instead of «OOO» tokens
Crypto currency rate is unstable right now including Bitcoin and Ethereum. «OOO» should have this issue because it will be supported by real workplaces
Well there is a lot of time left to think it all over. «OOO» tokens are not available for purchase anyways)
Hello. You will be available for purchasing on May 15, pre-sale starts very soon.
