How many tokens do I have to have in order to participate in votings and such?
You should have at least one «OOO» token

No, it’s not mandatory. You can create it if both parties agree to it

Greetings. Yes. In the first quarter of 2018 — 10%, second quarter — 20%  and third quarter — 30%

Only «OOO» tokens have to be used as a payment during Trusted Service, right?
You can use other crypto currencies but it’s still gonna be converted to «OOO» tokens.
