So the problem was a token transfer error, right?
It seems like that Liqui's support is still as bad as it was last year. Last year from around August onwards, I don't think that there had been any time period where Liqui's support was responsive at all. And looking at your case, it seems like that they made no effort to better their customer support whatsoever. Closing tickets unanswered is the most frustrating thing you can do to your customers, at least close it AFTER you respond with something. They have every responsibility to ensure that your problems are solved, at least. It's their problem that the transaction had issues, not you.
Liqui has proven themselves to be quite the untrustworthy exchange, I would avoid.
I'd suggest creating a new thread in the Scam Accusation subforum rather than posting about this here, or making a new post in the thread linked above. I haven't had a great experience with Liqui in the past either (with Iconomi in my case), though not to the degree that some people are experiencing right now.
Although they are shady, and their support completely unresponsive, I don't think that scam accusation is appropriate. But moving this to exchange is probably more appropriate.
