It is so great that there are projects like Lancer. It gives many opportunities to people that don’t have academic degrees but want to find a job.
True. I am sure that employers will be happy to use it too. It is a low-price labor marketplace. I don’t say it will be the cheapest, but it will be much more attractive than the real one. Also, there will be a possibility to find that people with needed skills. I have some questions about the system. I am participating in bounty, so many of many friends ask me about Lancer some stuff, so I want to know more. If I am a worker, what possibilities do I have on this platform? Okey. So, you will be able to have access to list of available tasks, apply some filters for getting appropriate task. Also, you can contact with customers if you have some problems with the task. There is a possibility to view customers’ comments for your work. Wow. It is great. I think it is very easy. Can you also say something about the customers possibilities? They have the same list of functions? Almost, yes. They are able to get access to the list of created tasks. They will be able to change it and view workers’ progress and make some comments. They will be able to add some filter for tasks too. It looks logic. Hey, I heard that there is a rating system? On what will it depend on? There will be different ratings for customers and workers? |

Workers can rate how fair a customer is ( how was the payment, for example). Worker’s rating will be based on approved tasks and decline tasks. |
