How can I punish bad translator ?

Recently I found a guy who is translating everything thing he can, and it would be ok if he do it right but he basically use google translator every time, and the guys whom he is translating to seems to don't care or rather they are not aware. So my question is how can I stop him from doing it? I m not a translator myself, I just want to keep translations on this forum on decent level, without obvious grammar issues.

There is a really bad CHinese translator (student20151617: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1271574) who does really bad job but no one reports him yet, even though he has been black listed by Moneytoken for being a bad translator. See evidence

Report him to the people who are hiring him and also expose him by re-posting correct translations and you can also start new thread for reporting dodgy translators

report them by creating a thread to block cheaters translators. in some local sub-forums there are usually such some threads like that

Do you mean to translate a project? If that is what you mean, it is certainly very bad. Because participating in a bounty translator will be paid, so one cannot use Google translator. But if you only reply to comments, this doesn't matter. Because not everyone can speak English.

Like others have said, I'd find out whose hiring him to translate for them, then I'd approach them and let them know that the quality of translation that they are paying for is very weak.  Hopefully when it's brought to their attention they will do something about it, they reputation is on the line.

May the guy has 4 kids and this is the only way he can feed them.  I agree he is not doing his job but you may be harming your karma by interfering for your own personal gain. 

I would inform him and give him the chance to fix the issue.

The bounty manager can penalize him, try reporting him to them. They will surely handle it fast. Also, right, try using here the trust system here.

I think you should contact with the bounty manager of the project he translated and warn him, other, you can find his translate's porfolio and open a topic to collect the comment of chinese people about the quality of his translation, so if they all agree with you, you can have more envidence to let the bounty manager believe in you.

I'm translating some projects myself and thought of using tools for it, yet never used it to copy-paste. I think people shouldn't discomfort emmployers just because of getting easy money. In my opinion they must be reported.

If you see that a person does not translate well, contact his customers and provide their translations for comparison.

That's not the point, this guy is not even a native speaker, he is not even from mine country. I do not want to be an informer.  Someone gave him already negative trust so I hope it will solve the problem.
Ps. Due to my full-time job I roughly do one translation per the month so there is no competition at all.

It all depends on the rule, what I mean is if using Google translator to do the job and it against the rule of the forum you can open a topic in meta section with a link to the guy work in that case mods will take it from there.

I think you should send this report to a website of the work he to avoid it not affected others.
