Building a loyal community of a project is very important to liven up the crypto project itself. Crypto is enlarging along with the large of the community that spreads the existence.
I agree with what this article said about the importance of the community behind the crypto project. It leads the community to know and spread the project as well. As a result, the crypto project will be well-known. It is not only good for the promotion but also for the shake of token value on the market.

The community behind the project can affect the project's future. especially if they have an ICO.

Well most of them are paid but well even if some of them are paid, they can really get alot of hype from other people if they heard about the project.

I think the community behind the encryption project is critical, it can provide all the help needed for the project, and it can also help project members to solve problems.

The community is very important. It promotes the product to more people to know. And then there will be people interested in the project and will invest. Imagine a project without the community wanting to sell but no one knows about them, the project will fail.

I think community is important, but it´s not like the big community will cause high price of the token/coin in future. It´s also important to have healthy community and sofisticated community management. It´s mainly community management what can tell you a lot about certain project and people behind it.

Look for example on Electroneum - they have massive community but quite poor community management and price of the coin got really low either...

Hello all,

I came across this article that talks about the importance of a community backing a project, how important do you think it is? Do you think they can get by through large marketing budgets instead? and do you agree with the article?

https://medium.com/crowdholding-innovation-platform/why-do-you-need-to-build-a-loyal-community-for-crypto-projects-14b9207608c2

Community is basically one of the backbones in making a project successful. A large number of community promoting the project making it popular and attracts more investors as well. However, this doesnt guarantee a successful project because there are lot of things to consider.

The project's co-existence is very necessary, because the community can always help in the implementation of the project, if you really found those people who like your idea or project idea, who are ready to support your project, of course the community is very important.

The community of any project is by type of client base. Only here people are not one-time users of your services/products. They are interested people who besides uses, also try to help, Finance and help to stay afloat. It's basically more of a community of ideas.

Really depends on what the token does. If it is solely for trading, it doesn't need a userbase. If there is a use in the token, then having the community is vital.

A community is vital regardless of the category a project falls into. Either a project seeking to enhance tx speed,  sharding, or just a blockchain service, having a community is important. I've seen projects fall because of a lack of community supporters. It's one thing to create a solid project, It's another thing to get people to actually use it and without people using it, It's well on its path to failure. Most of those big cap coins you see on coinmarketcap.com didn't just get there. They had a solid community to support them on the way up.

Community is very important in every project and it likes a business model that we need to jump through and gather more information to grab the attention of people who wants to use it or make it as commodity.

It's debatable how important it is, and I think it totally depends on the token and what it will be used for. Of Course if it's for example a vegan token, then having a strong community of vegans supporting and spreading awareness is extremely valuable. If it's bitcoin, then the price creates a community for itself.

Product / project and team are far more important.

Community is really important in any kind of businesses especially in building up network in order to promote the product and services of a company to maximize its profit. Building a community in relation to digital currency is much more cheaper and effective than having a TV ads or social media ads, because community help each other in order to promote and troubleshoot if ever there are problems to address with. Many investors will eventually get interested if they saw other people or community have same interest towards the same goal, which they will have confidence to invest in the future. Backing up a project by community will increase its life span in the market and it will continue to grow.

Community is of utmost importance to almost all projects. There are instances where the where projects are aided to be listed on good exchanges through the help of the community. Any project that has a very active community will go a long way in succeeding. That is why projects should ensure proper management of their community.

In trading, if many people invest in a currency or a token, then capitalization and price increase, otherwise, everything decreases. So is in the crypt, because each participant is really important.

Community is really important behind a crypto project because it is the place where the administrators, participants and the investors discuss about the project. When the bounty hunters want an update about the running of the project, they are usually consult the administrators in the telegram community.

I do believe that in every  successful project is backed up by a strong and motivated community. Having a happy and supportive community isn’t just good business, it’s really essential for the long term survival of any cryptocurrency. Since cryptos aren’t backed by gold or governments, their value derives mainly from the community that supports it. If enough people like it, buy it, hold it, and say good things about it, the value will hold or rise.

Project's community points on a popularity and popularity points on an involvement and interest in a project development. In my opinion, the scale of community is not just an important indicator, but the most important indicator for the project's success

Sometimes a good technology without a solid community is beaten by a lesser one but backed by a huge community. Because these communities are also the ones helping the marketing and can spread the word of mouth.
