if it was relayed by 5.9.24.81, that's good.  it probably propagated it a couple of seconds faster than it might have otherwise

anything that shows up on blockchain.info with proper fees will be included in a block at some time or another

ed: if you want something relayed faster, then change your fee payment.  the default amount is 0.0001, change it to 0.00011
