Yes. As long as you're sending the funds to the right address, the wallet will receive the bitcoin whether you're online or not.

Your wallet software doesn't actually hold your "coins", just your key to unlock them and spend them.  The blockchain holds your balance and every full node on the network has a copy of it.  It doesn't matter if you're offline, your wallet will show you your latest balance once you're online again, because the other nodes it connects to will update it.

But in future, keep in mind that you will need to be online if you want to receive these bitcoins over a Lightning payment channel.

You should always store your keys offline, in a secure private environment. Exchanges get hacked all the time.

on because i'am afraid if i put my desktop electrum wallet for my recieve i won't get them if i'am offline! if i'am offline would i get
Your wallet is responsible for your keys, not your funds. The bitcoins you own are in the public blockchain (everyone can see them but only you can use them).
Here is how Andreas M. Antonopoulos describes this situation in "Mastering Bitcoin":

Quote
Wallets contain keys, not coins. The coins are stored on the block‐chain in the form of transaction-outputs (often noted as vout or txout). Each user has a wallet containing keys. Wallets are really key‐chains containing pairs of private/public keys... Users sign transactions with the keys, thereby proving they own the transaction outputs (their coins).

Your wallet software is simply a key to unlock your bitcoins and spend them, it does not actually hold bitcoins nor host the wallet. The blockchain holds your balance and every full node on the network has a copy of it. In the language of cryptocurrency, a block is a record of new transactions (that could mean the location of cryptocurrency, medical data or even voting record. So it doesn't really make sense to be able to send one crypto to another network simple because the networks themselves are different, an ETH address is not valid on the BTC blockchain and vice-versa.

many bitcoin purses can accept coin easily without having to be online one of them is Coinbase's wallet is also one of the world's best web purses, the level of trust and credibility is almost the same as blockchain.Web coinbase has its headquarters in Sanfrancisco, USA.

it's just the level of popularity is still under blockchain, but the user wallet coinbase is widely spread throughout the world

An important thing is to make sure the address is correct. If this is done, bitcoin will be received into the wallet whether you are online or offline. At this level of bitcoin trasnsactions, You don't have to be online to receive bitcoin into your wallet.

Electrum wallet are a good and save wallet to start with, its easy and cheap to use. But you should also think about getting a hardware wallet, Ledger Nano S cost around 100 usd. What ever you do, don't keep all your btc on an exchange, like coinbase, they can close down, and leave you with nothing.
make sure to get your private key, and keep those seed words in a save place. Never on a computer-

I think it is very possible once we are also Offline, because I think it does not affect the delivery of Offline, and all would be fine.

Actually it could be even if you are Offline and I think it is not very influential in the delivery of bitcoin you receive.
