Umm.. Nope, we obviously do not. Maybe some newbies do, but we certainly do not use bitcoins as something that describes all the coins here in the crypto industry. That is just wrong and would be an insult to the other altcoins out there that are working hard to get their names well known. Bitcoin is bitcoin just as how ethereum is ethereum. Keep that in mind.

Bitcoin is the pace setter here and it looks like it has come to stay, most people want or wish to have at least 1BTC but we all know that is likely not to be, with just 21 million cap were are going to see hypervaluation of Bitcoin in coming year has more people enter the space. For me BTC over any other currency whether USD or Gold because it is now a good store of value

I think for other coins the relevant term is altcoins while for overall market we use term called cryptocurrencies, i agree with you that with the up surge of cryptocurrencies fiat is fast loosing its shine and era of blockchain based currencies and services is about to begin.
