Is there any cloud system that provides a custom hashrate, to fit a more affordable budget? Cex.io offers what I'm told to be excellent service, but it's roughly $40 just for a GH. I'd like to go a tad lower, perhaps down to the MH/s. Cheers.

CEX.IO is excellent, and you can buy as low as 0.00000001 GHs. The best thing about CEX.IO is you can sell away your gigahashes once you're done mining with them!
