Totipay Network has forged a strategic partnership with Global Commodities Investment Ltd (GCIL), the well-established precious metal brokers and bullion investment specialists to benefit our token holders.  

Under the terms of the partnership with GCIL, customers who purchase a minimum of 1000 USD worth of TPX tokens in the Totipay Network will be offered a bonus of 10% of their purchase value in gold bullion. This gold bullion bonus is over and above all the TPX tokens they are entitled to. All gold is fully insured by Lloyds of London and will be stored in BRINKS’ secure storage facility. All the gold purchased is London Bullion Market Association approved.

So the pre-sale has already started but you announce it in a thread today. I don't expect to make growth the community by diversifing channels for community and suggest a bounty program to promote the project for the ICO in short term and for the whole project for long term.
Just few days before the start of the main sale but there is mention of the exact period of it.

Apologies for the delayed response. We will start the ICO in end May (exact dates will be announced soon).

Yes customers will need to ensure they meet regulations in their own countries before they transfer ether and sign the SAFT agreement.
