Exactly. Every company and country is beginning to accept the upcoming changes we'll start seeing in coming years. From insurer to energy companies to jewelers have begun merging their current system with blockchain. Future is great for this technology as a whole and I'm sure altcoins will benefit from all of this.

You cant say one thing is better than another, cause everything have its own advantages and disadvantages right ? We still need both of them though.

Exactly, People tend to create something out of the latest technology to cope up with the current insufficiency, we can tell the big advantages of the new generation but we cannot deny the fact that they are still usable and mandatory in some cases, adoption with the current bitcoin is not ideal compared to the great usages of fiat though they both possess some cons and pros, it is still premature and too early to conclude it will replace the wide enactment of the present currency.

Technology always evolving that is why these old techs or things would be replaced by something new,as you have predicted cryptocurrencies could really replace these fiat system if and only if these governments will accept cryptocurrencies as a currrency,so that the people in most of the countries will be able to adopt the technology easily.

Comparing cryptocurrencies with Uber or mobile phones is like comparing oranges and tables. Forget about adoption right now, it is still very complicated to secure your funds, hacks happen every day. The majority still does not know how to get it, store and use it. Uber and phones ease your life, but cryptocurrencies in most cases do not.
