When can I get an avatar and why stuck at 14 activity?

you get 14 activity points every 2 weeks, so long as you continue posting.

On that note it would have been nice if it clearly stated on the avatar setup page that I could not have one.  That would have saved me some wasted time trying to select it 3-4 times.  And why does it always say can't post last post was less than 360 seconds ago when it has been longer than a week? And since when does anyone say 360seconds instead of 6 minutes lol?

you should be able to reach activity level 28 within 2-3 days i believe.. that's when the next cycle hits.

then no 60 second rule anymore.. i was glad when that restriction was lifted from me.

That's completely wrong, as you can see by the second post it's 14 activity levels every 2 weeks, not 2-3 days. I've been a member since the 15th, have 70 posts, yet still stuck./

After 29th you can get new activity, up to 28 (for 14 new posts), then wait for next 14 days and so on

I don't think you can get an avatar anymore

Not sure if/when avatars are coming back. I think it had to do with the forum hack that happened a little while back.
