i submitted a ticket a few days ago

after a few post, btc-e support team change the ticket priority field to red color, since then they don't reply anymore

anyone know what the red color mean?

this has happened to me as well except I get no reply to begin with and when I submit a ticket it goes to red in 24 hours. really frustrating  Undecided

red mean under process happen to me but take too much time to solve this so I leave this site for very poor reponse from support

in red still taking time some time more then month don't worry its still working on your tiickets   Sad

The support on btc-e is really very bad...
It takes a long time to get responds, and sometime, they simply don't respond to the tickets.

Just don't use them any more. There are plenty of other, better exchanges.
